Scientific name Terebralia palustris

Lives on the mangrove mud flats. This species can only be seen in Yaeyama Islands of Okinawa in Japan. One of the biggest conches in Japan. Their favorite is mangrove leaves. You may see them gathering and munching the fallen mangrove leaves.
